Developed in 2 stages, these cost-effective, yet 4.5 star rated holiday apartments extend from the old (but disappearing) Esperance foreshore vernacular - fibro, fibro and fibro. They are oriented to afford beach views for all whilst maintaining solar orientation for year-round use. The apartments achieve a very high occupancy rate and are a winner of a regional tourism award.
Through our Perth base Troppo now produces a steady flow of residential and tourism work in the Esperance region and WA in general.
